2025 Best Places to Work – WECU Finalist

2025 Best Places to Work – WECU Finalist

This past week, the Wichita Business Journal hosted it’s Best Places to Work luncheon.

Hundreds of businesses, not just financial institutions, were nominated.  Nominated businesses were contacted and feedback was gathered from employees of those businesses by an independent consulting group.  The top businesses were narrowed down to a group of finalists.  We are thrilled and excited to announce that White Eagle CU finished as #6 in the medium size business category of Best Places to Work in the Wichita area!

This recognition means so much to White Eagle CU as the results are completely based on employee feedback.

President and CEO, Eric Brown, had this to say about receiving the award: “This is quite an honor. We strive to provide an environment that energizes others, that inspires a collective process and creates trustworthy relationships. We also understand that the service we provide to our members can not be any better than the service we give each other. We are a family.  As a family, we know more and can do more together than anyone can individually.” Eric went on to say, “We spend more waking hours with our teammates than we do our own family and friends. So, we need to support each other, be there for each other and have fun at the same time.”
