First things first… do you know your username?
Many times we seem to save passwords and usernames via our computer or phone. You will need to know your username when we switch over to the new WEOnline Services on April 27th. If you don’t know it, call today and a member service representative can help you.

On April 27, 2019, White Eagle CU will be launching a new Online Banking experience. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth transition.
- Online Banking will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 pm Friday, April 26th until we go live with the new system on Saturday morning, April 27th. You will not be able to make any online transactions at this time. Please note: The Mobile App will be down until Sunday, April 28th.
- WEPay will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 25th. Once we are live with the new system on April 27th, WEPay will be unavailable for another one to two days while we finalize your WEPay set up.
- Recurring and scheduled payments will be processed as normal. All of your WEPay history and payees will be available in the new system.
CURRENT ONLINE BANKING USERS
Step 1 You will be using your same username when logging in for the ﬁrst time. For the password, please use the last six (6) digits of the primary account holder’s SSN
Step 2 You will be prompted to enter your phone number and update your email address.
Step 3 You will be prompted to create a new password
Step 4 Set your new security questions
Step 5 Select a phone number to receive a code via text or phone call to validate
Step 6 Enter the verification code
Step 7 Accept the terms and conditions
